the location was very convenient with a grocer right next to the entrance. breakfast included many choices with marina views. moses provided fantastic housekeeping with a friendly smile and politeness.
the swimming pool received limited sun due to surrounding buildings

this location was great for beach access. the hotel gave beach towels and accessories. there were many options for dining and shopping close by. the breakfast offered a very good choice of items.
lobby had ongoing refurbishment work. i was not aware when i booked. it caused disruption when taxis picked me up. the work started early and was very noisy.

breakfast had many options available to guests. i tried the brazilian restaurant one night and was surprised how good it was. the speakeasy bar had great service. it was good for watching football.

all staff were friendly and helpful to guests. they swiftly resolved an issue when a spa hiccup happened, it was very efficient. i felt very welcome at reception and in the jones restaurant.

The location was acceptable, offering a short walk to both the beach and the Marina.
The bathroom was outdated and did not feel luxurious. The shower pressure was very low. On my departure day, my room was locked. The staff said it was because I was checking out. This wasted twenty minutes as I needed to leave for the airport.

the staff was friendly. the hotel was spacious and clean, it had everything a family of five would need. it was a short walk from the beach and the marina, we could get around very easily.
there was refurbishment work being done in the lobby. the work being carried out was very noisy when in my room.
